We had a rough flight yesterday. The plane encountered turbulence almost every after 20 minutes, so I wasn’t able to sleep well. Sakit ng likod ko. :(

On another note, ang hirap ng buhay pag walang internet connection sa kwarto! I have to go down pa and buy milk tea para maka-connect sa Wi-Fi nila dito. Magastos. :( Plus, I basically have no one to talk to apart from my brother and my mother. I have no life.

And I miss my dog. :(

I’d like to write a review about this book but I don’t think I’d be able to give it any justice, so I won’t. Although, I must say that it completely amazes me how it’s written so beautifully. Heartbreaking—but beautiful.
I was able to finish it in one sitting and will definitely read it again soon.

I was surprised to see thick grass growing in the quadrangle when I dropped by at my high school earlier today, because it’s usually bald due to small floods caused by heavy rain. It was actually quite nice to see that everything was finally green in the field. I also got the chance to visit my old classroom. I was overwhelmed with nostalgia for my days in high school. Now that I think about it, I actually kind of miss it..

After dropping by at school, I went to see some of my friends. Bea treated us to lunch and she gave me this cute pocket watch, which she bought from her Europe tour! Afterwards, we had our pictures taken and we decided to watch Dark Shadows. The movie was okay. It wasn’t boring but it wasn’t that great either. We had a good laugh here and there but I didn’t think it made much sense—plot-wise. I still love Depp, though.

We had dinner at Max’s and played this crazy don’t-touch-your-cellphone-even-if-your-mom-is-calling-or-else-you’ll-pay-for-everyone’s-meal game. It was supposed to be a joke but Lyssa insisted on paying for everything as her gift. It felt kind of weird letting her do that but we couldn’t do or say anything that would change her mind.

Starbucks was our last stop. We talked for a while and eventually left one by one. It was fun. :)

P.S. I also bought books by John Green, thus, I will be very busy this week.

P.P.S. Because I spent too much today, I am now broke. Sigh.

I have been the worst blogger ever. I can’t remember the last time I posted something that exceeded five sentences. I’ve been very, very busy lately. Plus, I really don’t know what to say. Life has been giving me tragedies for the past few weeks and they’re not exactly inspiring. I might post something soon though—updates about my life; not that you’re interested or anything.

So how are you, guys? :)
